Golden Paws guarantees the puppy's health at the time of sale. If a licensed veterinarian identifies an undisclosed life-threatening health issue within 72 hours of purchase, the policy provides for a full refund or a replacement puppy, subject to availability and the policy terms.

If a licensed veterinarian identifies a hereditary genetic health problem during the puppy’s first year from the date of birth, the buyer may return the puppy to Golden Paws and receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
