Health Guarantee:
Each puppy undergoes a veterinary examination before pickup. If your veterinarian identifies a life-threatening health issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale, please contact Golden Paws within 72 hours of purchase and provide the veterinarian’s written report. The matter will be reviewed under the applicable written purchase agreement.
Genetic Health Guarantee:
We work with verified breeders and review available health information to help reduce the risk of genetic health issues. If a veterinarian identifies a genetic health issue within the first year from the puppy’s date of birth, the buyer may return the puppy to Golden Paws and receive a refund of 100% of the amount paid for the puppy. Please contact Golden Paws promptly and provide the veterinarian’s written diagnostic report.
Final Sale Terms:
All puppy purchases are final. Once a puppy has been purchased and transferred to the buyer, Golden Paws does not accept the puppy back and does not offer a return option due to a change of mind, housing restrictions, family circumstances, allergies, lifestyle changes, or other personal reasons.
Before purchasing a puppy, customers are responsible for confirming that all household members agree with the decision and that their housing, schedule, finances, and lifestyle are suitable for the puppy’s long-term care.
